“Called Harrison on Monday August 27th. Eric Harrison came and gave us a quote with several choices (explaining each) the next day. Mel and Terry showed up on Thursday the 30th at 8 am. These two are very professional and hard workers. The outside temp was 98 with a feels like 108. Our attic where the furnace is was 125 degrees. They worked all day and finished at 5 PM. They were very helpful and answered all our questions as well as giving us pointers. I can not recommend Harrison any higher. I would give them 10+ stars if possible. Our house is now cool and our Goodman AC is super and seems very efficient. Quick service and a fair price”

“I recently moved into my house. Since no records of service came with the sale, I scheduled a routine maintenance call for my gas furnace. I was able to get an appointment in a very short time and one that easily fit my schedule. The office staff was very courteous. The technician called to confirm the appointment and arrived at the expected time. He was thorough and informative. He took the time to explain both the unit and the system while he was assessing its condition. The furnace is in the garage and when he had to come into the house to access the returns, he made an effort not to track in dirt. He completely answered all my questions. He spent the time necessary to do the work completely, not rushing though but not lingering. I opted to purchase a yearly maintenance package from this company which provides a seasonal maintenance check of my heating and cooling system. I am very pleased with the professionalism and service provided by this company.”
“After explaining to Alan that I’ve had to top off freon coolant in my heat pump numerous times, he performed a thorough examination of my entire system, discovered the leak in the air handler. The part was promptly ordered and installed 48 hours later. He went the extra mile and installed a clean-out in my drain to make it easier to clean. I’ve dealt with other companies in the area and rather than putting forth the effort to discover the leak, they simply resorted to topping off my heat pump, knowing that I would need to have to call again in 3 months.
